The AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge<\/em> simply works. \u00a0Popular bloggers of all ages, shapes and sizes have been using the AdvoCare system to lose weight for years. \u00a0Some of their before and after shots<\/a> are incredible. \u00a0But the AdvoCare plan is a bit strict and hard to follow.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are quite a few foods that you can\u2019t eat on this diet. \u00a0So many different foods contain dairy products, but you can\u2019t have any of them while you\u2019re taking the challenge. \u00a0You can\u2019t have caffeine or alcohol, either. \u00a0Also, there\u2019s no white carbs. \u00a0Red meat is forbidden too-- but you can have chicken, tuna and other lean meats. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
